Shipping Information

All Patricia Green orders are shipped from our Champlain, NY warehouse via UPS Ground.

Orders ship dates correspond to the availability dates on the website. Different styles may have different delivery dates.

All orders for 1 pair will be charged $8.95 for shipping and handling. All orders for 2 pair and more will be charged $12.95 for shipping and handling.

Return & Exchange Policy

Patricia Green is pleased to accept returns or exchanges on merchandise received within 14 days of ship date.

Without exception, merchandise must be unworn and in original condition.

Refunds will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.

Once you place an order, Visa & MasterCard require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction. Your email address is needed to confirm and update you regarding your order.
